We currently have 11 Miniature horses, all under 34" in height. They are all registered with the American Miniature Horse Association (AMHA). A few of our horses are also double registered with the American Miniature Horse Registry (AMHR), and we even have one very special little guy who is triple registered with the International Champagne Registry (ICHR) as well.
Our herd of Miniatures as well as the foals born here, all reflect our own personal taste with regards to these wonderful little equines. We try to breed the type of horses that we'd love to be able to keep (every one of them). More specifically we appreciate Miniatures with very good dispositions, great health, good conformations, pretty heads and respected bloodlines. We also unashamedly admit to aiming for interesting colours and coat patterns as well, so we're extremely pleased to own horses with pinto (overo and tobiano)/ appaloosa/ cream/ dun/ roan/ champagne genes! Yes,.....we do love seeing LOTS of colour out in our pastures!
We like to think of ourselves as uncomplicated (and pretty easy-going) Miniature horse owners. In the past we've managed to attend a few shows (quite successfully), we've walked and driven our miniatures in parades and we even took our small horses to visit the elderly. At this point in time however, we're very happy just simply enjoying our little miniature horses here on our acreage, though we also like sharing them with the occasional person who shows a particular interest in the breed.

Our website is a homemade affair, and therefore quite simple. We've tried to present each individual animal, with special emphasis on good quality photos to show them off during different seasons and in quite a few different settings. We really hope you'll take a moment to relax and sit back, so you can enjoy an informal visit with our small dogs and horses. All the different horse page links can be found below on this page.
The photos on this website were all taken by us, and are unaltered (other than the usual file size reductions, as well as where we occasionally cropped out some background detail or faces - purely for privacy reasons and because this website is really meant to be "All About The Animals"). These fun photos of our horses and dogs were taken either at our previous home in Alberta, here on our new acreage in Abbotsford, or in our kind neighbour's field where our mares love to graze. So what you see here is a true representation of our animals, in all their casually candid (and usually unwashed and unclipped) natural states!
